Return Policy

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Personalized items are not eligible for return under certain circumstances if we decided to allow a return must be returned within 7 business of receiving the return label , support@thebrownstonemarket.com

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition personalized item not eligible for return up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include personalized items damaged through normal wear and tear. 

The Wrong Shipping Address

Orders will be shipped to the address on file if the mail is returned there will be a fee to resend the item to the correct address. If you find that you provided the wrong address message us before the item ships and we will do our best to make the changes.

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Where is My Package Questions

We know how important it is for you to stay updated on its whereabouts, and we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible. We have a clear policy in place to ensure that you can track your package's progress every step of the way. Upon placing an order with us, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message.

This tracking number is your key to knowing exactly where your package is from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. We understand that sometimes you may have concerns or questions about your package's location.

Please contact your third party shipping services UPS, USPS or Fedex with tracking number provided to get more information about where the package is. 

Lost Packages you can place a claim with the shipping services however we DO NOT provide refunds for lost packages.
